Review on Network Cable Tester RJ45 Measurement by Jeff Payne

I had several testers. This one works great despite the "sharp" corners, hard plastic, and cheap looking design. I drop it and it still works. The display is easy to read. Few buttons. The remote beeps immediately upon connection if the main remote is on the other end of the cable (very handy!). It's big enough that you won't lose it easily. This one comes with other remote controls. This might be helpful. I give it to my co-workers and just buy another one. One thing I do is glue an o-ring around the power button. That way it doesn't accidentally turn on and drain the batteries in my pocket. You can afford an O-ring and glue. But you should definitely afford this tester.
