So yes I will tell you why two stars.
I'm used to good paracord, mostly made in the USA. I don't dump anything abroad, only the American one is much better, and that's a fact. This is because this cable I have is pretty flimsy and flat. I mainly use my rope for decorations and crafts. Because this cord is relatively flat and is very similar to shoelaces, I see that it can *be used for paracord projects that require a flat* or cored cord*. That being said, I wouldn't rely on it for other crafts that don't require cored cords, and I wouldn't damn use this for survival or emergency applications.
