I struggled with being overweight for a long time. Even with daily training, I was stuck at 320 pounds. I love coffee for breakfast and usually can't eat in the morning due to the medication I take and have to wait several hours before I can eat. My doctor recommended a meal replacement smoothie instead of breakfast. I've tried a few and didn't like most of them. Some tasted bad or got hungry after an hour, and Organix made me sick for days.
