I am a swimmer, swim coach and mother of 5 professional swimmers. Our hair is all below the shoulders and straight, but of different textures and colors. I don't usually buy these sets because you almost always run out of one and too many of the other. But I found the conditioner needed no more than the shampoo, so they were pretty well matched. They come in typical shampoo bottles with a cap that can be opened and squeezed to release the product. They do not leak when mounted on the cap. So when the bottle is empty, this design should work well to squeeze out every last drop. The shampoo is white in color and has a minty fresh scent. It cleans hair well without feeling like hair is being cut and washes out easily. The body gel is also white with brown speckles and an almost fruity pomegranate scent. With a little work, it becomes a thicker foam and doesn't produce much foam. It was a little harder to wash off, but we preferred it to work on your skin. Conditioner is frowned upon in our pool, although we use it under swim caps (most pools want to limit the use of body lotions etc, so they ask you to rinse them off before entering the pool). I found it worked best as a post-shampoo conditioner for us. It moisturizes and nourishes without weighing our hair down. I wasn't a big fan of shower gel but will use it. It was a bit more difficult to wash off but we prefer this as it gives you the opportunity to work on your skin. We had no problems with sensitive skin.
