Good Product, could be better

These mats are pretty good. It is SO convenient to have macaron templates already on the mat if you are an avid macaron maker like me. My only complaint is that sometimes my macarons get sticky bottoms on this mat. I honestly prefer my freezer paper, but am trying to be more environmentally friendly.

These are perfect for baking my Macarons. They bake evenly and my Macarons didn’t turn brown on bottom. Wish they still had the same format in the 2/3 Macaron version.
