Maybe I just got too large of a size but there is absolutely no support in the sports bar I can't even imagine wearing it to the gym it's fit in the chest but the shoulder pieces slid down so easily and did not hold me separated or uplift whatsoever whatsoever so I had to return death definitely not for big chested woman
