If I could give this one zero stars I would. I have an Acer Aspire computer that is starting to show various issues so I was really looking forward to this product fixing them. However, my computer did not recognize the flash drive when it started up. I had to go into the BIOS settings and try all sorts of configurations before it even recognized the USB drive. When he did that and started booting from it, nothing happened. I thought maybe it was a defective flash drive so I sent it back and ordered another one but it did the same thing. To say I am a dissatisfied customer is an understatement.
