Review on CHUYI by Anthony Mayes

My interactions with the CHUYI online shop have not been positive. Although their website is simple to use, the goods they sell are of poor quality. I bought a computer and some accessories from their store, and after a while, the products began to break down. When I contacted their customer service department for help, I received unhelpful answers and a lack of concern for my predicament. They took a while to reply and offered no solutions to my issue. The lack of customer assistance from them really let me down. Additionally, their prices are not as affordable as those of other online retailers, and the fact that free shipping is only available on big orders makes it difficult for customers to buy a small number of items. Overall, I would not advise purchasing electronics and computer accessories from the CHUYI online shop. It is a frustrating and disappointing shopping experience because of their low-quality products and unsatisfactory customer care.
