They look nice and mostly work well. Unfortunately, it's very easy (when trying to adjust the volume) to switch between different automatic noise-cancelling modes incorrectly (just 1 tap) when you're actually trying to increase or decrease the volume by sliding your finger over the Swipe the surface of the headphones (the volume control is a much more commonly used command). Then, to add insult to injury, you have to go through a few extra cycles to turn off the automatic noise cancellation, and each lets you hear a pre-recorded commercial before you can hit a button to get past it. In short, volume control is problematic, often resulting in adjusting other noise modes that you didn't mean to adjust, then taking a while to return to those modes to get back to the original headphone state. The headphones are very cool in terms of aesthetics, comfort and battery life. I would encourage manufacturers to reconsider and reconfigure the problem I developed. I'm also a big fan of the warm gray option.
