Bad magnet. What's the point?
It LOOKS exactly like the one I'm replacing but the magnet is awful. It hardly sticks. If it weren't so cheap I'd send it back in a heartbeat, but I've been looking for an antenna mount for months so I'll see if I can stick a really strong magnet. Crossed fingers! I miss my antennas.
