True to size, maybe a bit larger. Very convenient.
I'm 200lbs, 5ft 6in, wear a 38D bra and ordered XXL. Don't rise like me. When I turn over at night, the nightgown puckers more than my others. I wanted to make sure it didn't wrap around my hips or stomach so I figured out the size. XL would be loose and flowy on me. The gaps between the buttons occasionally open up when seated, but the buttons don't come loose.
