This rice cooker advertises a capacity of 6 cups (cooked) which is misleading even if you are using Japanese cup measurements. I put 1½ US cups of uncooked rice in the cooker and it made a mess on my table because 3 cups of cooked rice went over capacity. If you need a rice cooker that can cook 2 US cups of rice or less, this is the one for you. But if you think you have a rice cooker that can cook 6 American cups of rice, you're about halfway right. I also didn't like that the plug is a switch.
