I was bold and first used my new Crux 12-cup non-induction rice cooker when I was cooking Easter dinner for my family of 8. I made an old family recipe for broccoli casserole and it was perfect because the rice was cooked to perfection. I've made this recipe too many times to count and gotten comments like "Your broccoli casserole was better today than ever." I'm dying to try other features as my first attempt turned out to be very successful. It's light and small enough that I don't mind leaving it on the counter.
