Punctual arrival. Very solidly built. An assembly is not required. Works great - stays right at the level I chose. Folds away neatly when not in use. The fan is so quiet I had to put my hand inside to make sure it was working. I'm glad I chose this one from the many options available. No complaints PS I ordered the second one as a gift for my sister!
