I bought these for post partum purposes. When I tell you these were THEE most comfortable undies I've put on my bum in a long time.believe me! The stretch and softness were beyond my expectation. I'm 5ft 4in tall and about 150lbs post delivery weight and a medium worked just fine. The high waist is actually high waist and doesnt cause a wedgie!
