Review on BTS Enterprise by Alex Smith

We use this system to manage our day-to-day operations, from scheduling programs and airing them live or on delay, through billing clients and collecting payments. The user interface could do with some improvement and it works well enough most of the time but there are many times where you have to resort to using your browser's back button instead! I used to work in an agency environment working as an Account Manager/Client Coordinator so we were able to schedule shows around client requests very quickly via this program.
