Review on Grillaholics Essentials Brass Grill Brush by Joe Pettigrew

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Much better than stainless steel.

As a former professional chef, I treated myself to a new top grill (over 900 euros) with "Wavy" cast iron grills this year. Because the brass version of this brush is a more malleable metal, it will NOT damage or scratch cast iron or porcelain. I used a stainless steel brush to clean the grates on my previous grills. Since I grill about 5 times a week, I had to replace the grills about every 2 years. Replacing new grills every 2 years would cost me over $400. Dollars every time, that's more than most people spend on a new inexpensive grill.
