I got these to use for my daughter's epi-pen case, and they're perfect for that. They took a while to ship but the customization was just as I'd requested - there aren't a lot of characters to work with per line, but there are 3 lines of text so I was able to get my daughter's name, and an alert that an epi-pen and inhaler are inside. When they arrived, it was very easy to navigate to the website, where there is more information, including my contact information. I tested it out and it's very easy to get to view the website using a smartphone; I think the concept is really great, and it's fast for paramedics or other people (teachers, coaches, bystaners) to access the info quickly in an emergency. The quality is really nice, too; the keychain part is sturdy and it seems like it would hold up to being used as a zipper pull (hopefully my daughter won't actually have to open the case often, though!).
