Review on WorkforceOptimizer by Steve Modesto

I like that this system has an easy to use interface making it very user friendly for non-technical users, such as myself! It also makes creating job descriptions easier than ever before - something our previous software could not do well at all. There is nothing really negative about WFMO and would recommend anyone looking into hiring help in their organization give them some serious consideration. We are able to keep track of employee's availability/hours worked etc., which helps us make better decisions regarding scheduling new hires (and retaining current ones!). This gives me peace of mind knowing we have accurate information available when needed. Also saves time by being able to see if employees will be working long hours or short days without needing additional reports from HR staff.
