Review on YARKOR Tofu Press: Effortlessly Enhance Tofu Flavor by Extracting Water, Dishwasher Safe by Ashley Karch

I really liked this product but the design needs an overhaul. The spring is so stiff that I couldn't close it by hand, I had to put it on the ground and squeeze it with my foot so I could close the clamps. I should have listened to the other commenters who said it barely goes with their tofu block because it really hardly goes with the brand of tofu I buy. There was so little wiggle room that some of the tofu squeezed out the sides of the container. I love that it holds water and is completely dishwasher safe, but I'm returning it because it was difficult to close easily and my tofu didn't fit and I don't switch brands of tofu for this appliance.
