I was concerned that my 89 year old son in the nursing home might not like the seat belt release after using an old school belt for over 80 years. Also, he's picky. He likes it! I wish they made them for women with a flat buckle to wear with t-shirts (don't show a skinny profile). Great belt. true size

- The belt is not adjustable enough to accommodate variations in weight or waist size, so if you gain or lose weight, you will need to purchase an additional belt.
