Review on Charcoal Grilling Premium Camping Campfire by Alisha Powell

What is a swivel grill? Put simply, it's a German-style BBQ grill designed for constant movement. Google it! It's one thing. My first attempt to cook with it was a disaster. Also, this is my first time cooking with charcoal instead of propane. Since then I have learned what a swivel grill is and have been spending the last 3 weeks in my garden cooking with it every weekend. That's great; grab a beer, grab some meat and chill while cooking. All you have to do is keep the grill rocking/spinning (I use a 3 foot piece of bamboo for this) and turning the meat from time to time. When you're done, just move your tripod, drop some logs, and enjoy. campfire. The tripod/chain does not get hot during cooking, so you can easily pick up and move items. The only downside to this is that it cooks a bit slower than a regular grill (more beer time!), hot dogs thin enough to fall through the grate - so stick with that sausage/banger thing. Highly recommended! Great way to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon!
