Defective in box! I bought this for a work project but we never used it as the 'lock' is broken and doesn't rotate fully to hold the L shaped camera holder securely in the locked position. This results in the gimbal's "automatic movement" never ending as the automatically working parts of the gimbal constantly shake the camera and cause the L-shaped camera holder to keep slipping, which in turn causes the gimbal to move want to automatically readjust back to the new camera position and so on and so on. The only way to get the gimbal out of this vicious cycle is to turn it off before the battery runs out. Lack of quality assurance is one of the issues with these stabilizers and another issue is the lack of good customer service. After two weeks and several follow-ups with their representatives and customer satisfaction team, no decision was made, putting our project on hold. They could at least send a replacement until they fix the problem with the original, which I think should happen anyway as I don't see how else I could remotely fix the original.
