I bought this headset hoping it would be comfortable to wear for several hours and it definitely is. I've used it with a wired connection to a phone and a wireless connection to a computer for scaling. It connects flawlessly on the first try and always connects flawlessly after turning it off and on again. I like that it connects via a dedicated USB stick rather than Bluetooth, although that might be a downside for some people. I find the connection to be more stable over a longer distance than Bluetooth, and my desktop doesn't have built-in Bluetooth. I can hear meetings and music well, and people can also hear me loud and clear. The volume is easy to adjust while wearing, although I prefer to just use my device's volume. The mute, backlight, mode, and power buttons look the same, making them difficult to use while wearing the headset. This isn't a problem, except for the mute button, which would be a nice feature if it were easier to access. be well constructed with quality materials.
