I loved that they were very thorough, organized and professional about everything we discussed! They really helped us understand how to structure out sales funnel for my business so it makes sense from beginning to end (so when new customer signs up there is no confusion.) Also their support team was great once things got started - nothing but happy customers!! Nothing at this point in time since working together has been negative - best part would be if all problems could get solved without needing additional service calls/consultations :) The only thing I wish I had known before signing contract is how much work needs to go into creating an effective and efficient system like theirs. It took some effort as well which made me question whether or not they will stick through until its done right. We fixed many issues including better website design, improved email marketing campaigns as well as training staff members using funnels to help them improve.
