You must be kidding! Where is the quality control and standards?!?! Ok I was so excited to get this for my 2 budgies. However, I am totally disappointed and disappointed! The set would be amazing and fun for budgies if they had some sort of quality control or standards. Firstly he got a bad wound with tons of splinters of wood sticking out that could hurt my bird paws which is totally unacceptable! The 2nd glue that came with it has no indication of what the glue is called or if it's even safe for birds. 3. (which isn't too bad and can be fixed, but I don't need to fix a brand new toy) the pivoting arms aren't straight, they tilt inward, every move jumps out of the hooks. 4. (can also be fixed but I shouldn't fix a brand new toy) T-perch with wooden beads and bells are great except the chain they hang from is so long they touch the cage bars so they don't chatter . Isn't that an idea? hanging toys? That's ridiculous. The fact that this toy was sent to me with a major cut and shrapnel is simply not true and shows how much this seller cares about the products they sell and the animals they sell them to. If I hadn't noticed that my birds could have injured paws, and they are very important and necessary! How could this be sent? Unbelievable! I will never buy anything from this seller or brand again! I'm so sad that 90% of these toys end up in the trash. I was so excited about this toy because it looked so fun and was perfect for budgies which would be great but they just don't have standards and quality control! So sad.
