Review on Russell 610013 Black Silver Straight by Nathan Jankowski

I had high hopes for this - connecting to a 3ft Russell 4AN hose for a custom oil level gauge on my motorcycle. I was a bit wary (due to the lack of customer reviews) but figured Russell was a trustworthy brand. The installation process consists of inserting one end of this fitting into the hose and then twisting the end, sealing the connection. Installation sounded easy, but it wasn't at all. The connection barely fit in the hose and when I tightened the clamp it came loose. Very disappointed with this cheap plastic plug. I absolutely do not recommend it.
