When I received and opened this broom in such a small box, I was a bit disappointed. It was smaller and lighter than I expected and the bristles were too soft. Then I read the instructions and was convinced of its versatility. Depending on what you use the broom for, the handle can be shortened or lengthened. I owe my 4 stars to the fact that I have used it on the floor in the garage and on the patio. By sweeping this uneven surface, the softer bristles were able to remove any debris and there was water from the air conditioner on the floor where my wife's car was parked. So I turned the broom to the side of the mop and it swept all the water out of that spot. I was really impressed by this performance. My bluestone patio performs the same. Really impressive again. My only disappointment came when I tried it on our tiled kitchen floor. Maybe because the tiles were too smooth and the bristles too soft, but our regular broom with stiffer bristles did a lot better at picking up dirt, which consisted of things brought onto your shoes from the outside and two types of dog hair. . . Short and long. Another feature that I, and especially my wife, liked was the light weight. She could sweep the yard without the weight of a shop broom, and she didn't like wearing gloves because of the slick plastic hand and handle. I also liked that the smaller head allowed me to get in and under places I couldn't get with a shop or regular broom. I would recommend this product. I see many uses for this product. from a small RV and tents to a rough ground and patio. Although I haven't tried this yet and will not, I believe it will be a great brush for cleaning the side walls in our house. Overall, I'm really excited about this broom. Play.
