I bought two white petticoats and one blue from this store and the white ones were always much inferior in quality. The blues were puffy right out of the bag, but the whites were always flatter and never seemed to billow out in the same way. They also looked a little different, and the material felt different than it felt blue. I kept the blue one I ordered a while ago and it was great but when I ordered the white twice I was disappointed. It is written that they are from the same store, but it seems to me that they are completely different.
