It was poorly built so we had to work on it because I didn't want to send it back. One of the handlebar mounts was installed upside down, so it had to be removed and replaced. The metal rails on the drawer brackets had to be on Jimmy's to keep the shelf level. One of the hooks on the back had to be removed and placed a little higher because it was uneven. I was able to return it 10 times and 10 of them were done wrong so we just decided to fix the one that came to us. Otherwise I'm just thrilled! I have enough jewelry for 10 of them but I'm enjoying what I have. I think I can wrap up the jewels and when I decide to use them, trade what I have on display.
