If the pin was the right length it would be easy to use. But with a stylus almost sticking out of the receiver, it's completely useless, so not easy to use. This is a great product idea, it's safe, weatherproof. But the product selection process requires work. For example: I have a Silverado 03. My only options are a 5/8" pin or a 1/2" pin. I need a 1/2 inch pin. But my receiver hitch is 3 inches wide. And the 1/2" pin is only 3" long. But there is no way to use the longer pin with lock that my key uses. Aside from switching to a 5/8" pin that doesn't fit. So now I have to order the pin from another company on Amazon because Bolt doesn't sell the pins themselves. Even on their website.
