love the style and look of the lock. I have a problem with that feeling. The inside handle is loose and it takes an extra inch or more just to start turning the bolt. We have to rotate the handle a full 90 degrees to open it from the inside. The outer pusher is fixed to the bolt, so there is no play. In addition, the shutter is difficult to press when rotating; I like to lock and unlock as quietly as possible and with this lock it's very difficult. The rest of the lock works as it should and looks good.
