The first thing I would like to point out is that the seller contacted me that there was a problem with the screws provided. However, there is a problem with the tool. The included Torx T25 is in the shape of a hex key and you don't have enough room to get the screw out. Without this tool it was impossible to install on a 2021 Model Y unless you have the T25 TORX driver. They offered to mail it to me for free, but that's a pretty big mistake right off the bat. With that in mind, I've found the following: It takes a little while to install. About an hour more or less, but I can probably do it in 30 minutes or less if I have to do it all over again. The reason for this is that bad instructions are included. I had to search YouTube for videos on how to do it. In the Y 2021 model, the screen cable is VERY reliable. I had to pry it off with a flat head screwdriver while pressing on the clip. The rest of the install went fine until I had to reinstall the screen. When installing the display back, the kit includes two screws that attach the display to the metal swivel bracket included in the kit. The problem is that it is not processed properly. As a result, when I tightened the screws all the way, the screen wobbled a lot on the mount. I had to remove the screen, repeatedly tightening and loosening the screws to make the threads smoother, and then finally attaching the screen. Even so, the screen shakes a few millimeters when you press the top edge of the screen. I expect ZERO move down. Not this case. I may have to do the whole thread and redo the exercise again. I have the "right" screws but it still wobbles. The left and right turns (that's what it's designed for) are great. Very stiff and rotation works well. An unintended side effect of this is that if you've been relying on your phone while it's been sitting on the wireless charger in the center console, it's no longer visible. This mount moves the screen further away from the dashboard. No problem seeing the speedometer when my hand is at 2 o'clock and no problem pulling the lever when the screen is facing the driver. However, if you have an in-screen phone mount and it's on the left side, you'll need to move it to the right side of the screen or get an air vent phone mount.
