I am an avid runner and also a hiker. I run about 5 km 4 times a week. These shoes are incredibly comfortable! I overpronate a lot, so that helps a lot with that as well. It's a bulkier shoe when you look at it, but it's not bulky when walking. For your information. Runs small, originally I ordered 8 1/2. I'm actually a size 8, but I know I have to order half a size up from Brooks. I ended up returning an 8 1/2 of a size 9. While it helped, the regular size was fine, I didn't have to order a narrow width. Distributor… Alan's shoes were delivered very quickly both times! I received my sneakers within 3 days :)
