Review on Toshiba Gateway Notebook Computer Charger Laptop Accessories by Edy Yukface

This was a replacement cable for the rather short cable that came with our Compaq/HP laptop. A bit tight on the connections (I'll chalk it up as new) and the 'brick' got warm while charging (caveat: the machine only has about 18% battery left and this is almost 3 years old) but otherwise worked as announced . Worked immediately. The length is almost ridiculous. The wife takes this laptop to work 5 days a week and was tied to the wall with a "stick" string. No longer. I can plug it into an extension cord in the living room and charge it in the kitchen. The only downside I see with the extra length is that it takes up a bit more room in the pack. It is in no way a violation of the terms of the contract. Delivery was a day earlier than planned, no complaints. The only downside was that shipping was more expensive than the cable. Worth every penny. I would probably spend it all looking for something comparable. I gave it 4 stars because I'm waiting to see how it holds up in the field. I'm more than sure it will be.
