These cables seem pretty decent for the price. The first thing to note is that the 6ft version doesn't charge at 2.4 amps. This is to be expected since cable length usually determines the resistance of the cable. The longer the cable, the higher the resistance. The higher the resistance, the more it "hinders" the wires' ability to carry current, hence the other name for resistance, impedance. The picture I've attached is a test of one of the cables. Text highlighted in red indicates that my charger supports Apple's 2.4 amp charging mode. The text highlighted in yellow shows the actual current of about 1.3 amps. About half of its potential. If you want to get closer to the 2.4 amp rating, a shorter cable length can be considered. However, I haven't tested this as I don't have access to shorter versions. If a longer cable is needed they seem great so far. They get the job done, although in theory they're about half as slow as a true 2.4A cable, which is generally a compromise between length and fast-charging capability. Unless, of course, someone would be willing to pay a lot more for a thicker (and therefore lower-resistance) cable. All in all, these three cables cost ten dollars or less. buy you.
