Review on πŸ‘‘ Clarks Wave Grip Sandals for Women by Stephanie Byrd

Is Clark's quality declining?

UPDATE November 4, 2017 See original review below for purchase July 3, 2017 I've always liked Clark's Wave sandals, but I was surprised that they don't wear as well as they used to. Admittedly, I wore them almost every day for four months (seriously). After two months they became too loose for my B/M foot, even on the tightest adjustment. It was new. Four months later I'm looking for another brand for the first time in years. The insoles of this four month old pair have flattened out and are very loose - no longer providing the good lateral support (even in sandals) that I have come to expect from Clark shoes. Although I wear them almost every day for four months, in the past they lasted a year++ if worn an average of 200 days out of 365 - about the same length of time. Something has changed at Clark; I see that they offer much cheaper (yes, cute) sandals. But I'm not looking for it. I want reliable sports sandals; I'm going to try some ECCO Yucatans. ORIGINAL REVIEW JULY 3, 2017 Love love love these Clarks wave sandals! I usually buy a pair a year. The fit is always the same (a miracle these days) and just my usual size. These scalloped sandals are ideal for old or sore ankles and knees; excellent support, nothing is hanging out. If you've put sandals aside because you're worried about lack of support, try these!
