So we originally got this soundbar on March 10, 2019 ordered The one sent to us had a defect that caused it to stop working within the first three months. Their customer service department was very good. They immediately sent us a new one that didn't have this problem and was working fine a few days ago. Now we hear the background music from the TV series, but the audio of the dialogue is gone. There's also a faint hum that gets louder when the device is on and connected to the TV. If we switch to TV sound and turn off the soundbar, the hum stops completely and we can hear both channels. A few weeks ago, the company asked me to delete my previous negative review that I forgot to edit. Instead I updated it and gave it more stars because they responded so quickly the first time. However, they insisted that we remove the review because it skews the numbers and even offered us money for it. I later learned that this was against Amazon's policy and regretted not following their instructions. I thought they were just working hard to help their customers. But turns out they just made a crappy product and are being dishonest to hide it from other buyers. Sun. Buyer beware.
