This instant read digital probe is easy to use, super clear and can be used for meat, candy making and more! It is backlit and waterproof, making it easy to clean when you use it to take the temperature of multiple items. It also has a magnet so you can attach it to a fridge or cooker hood for easy use. A temperature sensor this decent size saves me from worrying about getting too close to my "temp" so I don't have to worry about burning myself. The guide is great and gives you temperature ranges for cooking different foods. This should not be missing in any kitchen!
