Fun to play with, can be a gift
This dollhouse gift set is a good toy for 3-8 year old kids. The material is hard plastic and is quite durable, but parts of it can break. My 5 year old granddaughter was too rough with the bathroom door and broke it off. I taped it back with safety glue so accidents can be fixed. The set is lightweight, only about 3 pounds including backpack. This allows Tinsley to carry the toy on his back. Younger kids will need help to pick everything up and put it back in the backpack because there are so many details. After a few times my granddaughter got used to it. I think it's a nice toy and Tinsley enjoys playing with it.
