Review on CogComp NLP by Manuel Gfx

I love this software because of its versatility, easy integration with other softwares like Slack & Teams. It's free for trial version which helps me in testing before purchasing. The only thing i dislike about it is sometimes when you try to add new tags or categories, it doesn't show up instantly but after sometime it does appear. This tool has helped us in creating the best content possible by analyzing our data. We have been able to create better reports as well as improve customer experience through insights from their social media posts.
