I bought a similar product before seeing this one, the Angel's locking pin makes all the difference. The fact that I can use a 6 inch square and expand it to 12 inches on the measurement side is great. Add an angel lock and pin to make it even better. Made of durable aluminium, laser engraved. The only downside is that you have to use it from left to right. The thumbscrew sticks out too far when placed right side down to the left mark. Yes, you can take it off, but it's troublesome at work. Other than that, it's a great framing square.
