They seem to fit my Roomba better than the manufacturer's filters. I've never had a problem installing it, but there's no room for unfiltered dust around the edges. I've been using mine for many months before changing it; When I empty my Roomba after vacuuming, I always remove the filter and dust it off. There is fine mesh on the inlet side of the filter to keep out larger debris and extend life (and make cleaning easier). The included brush is a nice bonus; I keep it next to our trash can so I can use it to brush off stubborn cat hair and dust without directly touching the surface.
