I don't usually review my purchases, but I loved these tops so much that I had to leave one! I'm 5'9" 230lbs, 42D, and usually wear a size 18. I ordered XXL and it fit perfectly. I have a long torso and the shirt is long enough to stay pulled down. The fabric is soft but has a nice, tight stretch to hold everything in without looking like a compression top. The elastic on the bra is low enough that even very busty people should be able to fit everything in. The neck is a little higher than other tanks I've owned, which is great. I don't have to worry about flashing anyone when I bend down. The shirts even smelled nice out of the packaging, which is very unusual. Definitely will be buying some more!
