Review on Trudeau Structure Silicone Pro Loaf Pan Bundle - Black/Gray, Pack of 6 (6 Items) by Bill Ramani

I've been looking for a replacement for the traditional non-stick coating, which we hope is healthier (i.e. contains fewer toxic chemicals). I've tried both glass and cake ceramics but they weren't the same. I tried the square pan from this set and it came out perfect! Also, this pan made subsequent slicing that much easier since the pan is actually fully non-stick (although I also used cooking spray) and I could dump the entire pan of brownies onto a cutting board before slicing them. I haven't used all of the molds yet, but I've also used a cupcake pan and a carrot cake pan and both cooked perfectly (per recipe exactly) and came out very easily (I didn't even use cupcake pans). They may cook differently than ceramic/ceramic/glass but they cook just like my previous traditional nonstick pans. I love that they are textured so they don't bend while cooking, but are also incredibly non-stick and flexible so baked goods are very easy to remove once they have cooled. I also love that Trudeau follows European food standards for silicone so you know you're getting the best silicone. Now all I need is her donut pan, the mini bread pan, and the 13x9 rectangular shape to be available in the US so I can complete the set!
