Good idea, but didn't work for us.
The idea is good, but it didn't work in our conditions. We bought it to keep our cats from scratching our door in the middle of the night. And although cats don't like to walk on spikes, the mats are so light and the plastic actually enticed cats to bite and play with the mats π so we really didn't achieve what we set out to do lol.
