Works right out of the box. er, bag
Thought I might need to program this thing as it's supposed to replace a whole bunch of Yamaha remotes. But no. I had to add batteries (no problem, they're standard AAA batteries, not button batteries), but that's about it. I just got it so I don't know about the durability. But it can't get any worse than the two Yamaha remotes I've been through. And it's cheaper.
