I ordered a 2X since I assumed it ran small, but my God. I normally wear a large, and this thing fits like a medium at best. It is not soft, just very cheap material. I'll keep it because it's not worth the hassle of returning. Might just give it to my daughter, who is a normal sized 13 year old, and hope it fits. The design and idea are fantastic, but the product is trash. I was going to order another with different design depending on quality, but I'll pass.
