I installed this faucet just yesterday and everything went smoothly. As someone who has installed many faucets in the past, I decided to use tap water spatula instead of the provided silicone ring under the drain flange. I also used thread sealant - Megaloc in my case - to seal the drain pipe threads. Most people don't do this, and it will almost certainly result in water dripping from the bottom threads of the drain pipe. I also removed the spout and lubricated the o-rings with silicone grease for longer life and smoother operation. Two things I really like about this faucet are the swivel spout and the drain. The drain is a self-contained assembly that can be easily removed and doesn't require an ugly exhaust pipe on the faucet body. The crane is quite well built; Some parts are made of metal, but most of the main parts appear to be made of plastic. This makes me think the faucet won't work in the long run, but time will tell. For now this is a great faucet that is worth the money.
