When researching Bluetooth headphones, the fact that the product received 4-5 stars played an important role in my decision. These headphones are disappointing. However, I will say that they are definitely comfortable. The sound quality is amazing. Unfortunately the quality is terrible when I use it and answer calls on my cell phone. I have to shout so the people on the other side can hear me. I'm not a screamer and turning up the volume didn't help. I'm seriously considering returning this product as it's only been a few days since I've used it.
